FASU

Unite, Elevate, Recognise, Reward

Welcome to the future of football scouting and analysis.

For too many years, talented and dedicated people working within football and soccer have gone without the professional recognition,

protection, respect, and reward they deserve. Scouts and analysts have
played a vital role in building clubs, identifying talent, shaping
futures, and supporting the growth of the game — yet many have
 remained unheard, unsupported, and unprotected.

FASU has been created to change that.

We are here to unite professional football scouts and analysts across
the UK and worldwide under one strong and respected organisation. A
union built on integrity, fairness, professionalism, opportunity, and
 support for every member.

The time has come for us all to stand together and celebrate what we
have achieved in football — and what we will achieve in the future.

At FASU, we believe progress only happens when people are treated
with care, respect, and equality. That is why we are building a union
that understands the rights, responsibilities, and challenges faced by
scouts and analysts at every level of the game.

Whether you work in grassroots football, academy football, women’s
football, professional clubs, international scouting, performance
analysis, recruitment, or player development — you deserve a voice.
